Terms and Conditions of Sale

GUARANTEE
United guarantees these products as advertised and when used as directed. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will replace it, or refund your money, at your option.  Refunds will be issued, in the case of equipment, upon return.  In the case of chemicals, the return of the unused portion.  To return any item, call or Email us for a Return Authorization.  All returns will require a Return Authorization from our office.


SHIPPING DETAILS
We will ship any of these products to any street address in the continental United States. It takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery according to this chart. All indicated prices include land shipment by the USPO or UPS.  There are no extra or handling charges for any of these products. Any requested air shipments are extra and are billed at our cost.  

These same products may also be available, at less cost, in your own locality.  Our prices, of course, posted on this website, are subject to changes based on availability and supplier prices.

If your items are being shipped by United Parcel Service, they are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so for items shipped UPS, please supply a physical shipping address. Appropriate items weighing less than three pounds are mailed from the USPO.  Heavier or larger items such as traps are shipped UPS.

Our normal terms, for Invoicing, is Net 10 days unless you have made special arrangements.  We will also accept Visa and MasterCharge credit and debit cards.


INVOICE AND BILLING DETAILS
We will invoice (net 10 days) rated companies (Dun & Bradstreet) that mail, fax or email us their purchase order number, federal tax number, billing and shipping addresses and phone and fax numbers on their company letterhead.  Otherwise, just promise to pay.  Remember, we know where you live.


CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa and MasterCharge credit cards.  You can fax, email or call in your card number for your order.  Don't forget to include the card's expiration date. Your credit card will not be charged until the actual shipment date.  Your credit card information is not retained in our email or database records, so if you order again, you must resubmit your card information.

The card numbers of our Regular Service Customers, who pay by credit card for their monthly services, are retained in computers not connected to the Internet.


DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect any packages as they arrive, make sure that no items are damaged, leaking or missing.  Contact the shipper immediately with any shipping problems, always send copies to us.

If there is a shortage or other problem, contact us directly.


OUR LOCAL CUSTOMERS
United does not sell or stock chemical supplies at our main office location. All chemical orders are shipped from our remote warehouse, including all local sales. If you are a local regular customer, (Termite Renewal or Regular Service Customer) we will arrange for our trucks to deliver any of your orders at no extra charge.

TRAP DELIVERY, SET UP CHARGES
Except for Regular Service or Termite Renewal Customers, we do charge an extra $25.00 (in our 3 county service area) to deliver, instruct and set up traps of any type. To eliminate the delivery and setup charge, traps and other equipment that contain no chemicals, can be picked up by the customer at our main office, if desired. Be sure to call ahead because of the reason detailed below.

Most of the time, someone is here during regular business hours, but there are times when everyone may be out of our small office, so call us to be sure someone is in and your order is ready.
